Our services fall into two broad categories: analysing and costing the day-to-day activities of indviduals, in order to imrove both the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes; and 'management tools' - ensuring change processes remain focused and on-target.

Activity Based Management
This covers activity sampling (activity analysis) and activity based costing.  We provide these services primarily to the UK Police service to assist them in meeting the requirements of the various Home Office initiatives.  These include: the Police Service National ABC Model, the Police National Training Model and the BVACOP returns.

These sevices are used by the public sector (police, local government, central government, governent agencies) and the private sector (manufacturing, telecommunications, financial institutions, the service industry, defence).
